We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia. Standard orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, while regional areas may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
What is your return policy for homewares?
We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return items in their original packaging within 30 days for a store credit. Please note that for hygiene reasons, some items like bedding cannot be returned once opened.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our fragile items, but accidents can happen. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Do you offer international shipping?
